Recruitment and Processing of Resumes: All resumes we receive go to our administrative/human resources team. Our team reviews them and archives them differently based on the outcome of their examination. If a candidate is selected for a vacant position, their resume will be stored in a section of our internal server for potential use in business development operations. If the candidate reaches the interview stage but is not hired, their resume will be kept in a section of our internal server for 6 months while awaiting a suitable opportunity within our team. If the candidate is not selected, their resume will be moved to an archive in our Outlook email system. Applications received undergo a general review of the candidate's skills. If the profile matches our needs, the file will be forwarded to the human resources team to arrange an interview at our office.
