Rising several floors within 1501 McGill College - known as La Tour McGill - Davies enhances its connection to Montreal’s downtown core and solidifies its reputation across North America. This project embodies a signature Montreal and Quebec identity, from the strategic decision to maintain its presence on the city’s prestigious commercial artery to the careful selection of local materials.

Partnering with Chevalier Morales, Davies undertook the ambitious task of revitalizing its workspaces, which have served the firm since 1994 and span five floors totaling approximately 73,500 square feet. The renovation touched every level, including the common areas, reinforcing Davies’ distinct character through elegant simplicity and refined design. These enhanced spaces optimize functionality while improving lighting, acoustics, ergonomics, and inclusivity, ensuring ideal conditions for members, collaborators, and clients.

Guided by Davies’ values of authenticity and collaboration, the new office layout incorporates a range of shared workspaces and opportunities for social interaction in common areas.
