The Pettes Memorial Library is a private institution located in a historic building in the town of Knowlton, Lac-Brome. Built in 1894, the structure is distinguished by its red brick masonry, characteristic of the Eastern Townships, and its slate roof. To preserve the site's heritage and symbolic value, the library’s administration initiated a project for it’s expansion and renovation.

Chevalier Morales conducted the feasibility study and developed the preliminary design for the expansion. Currently seeking funding from the Quebec Ministry of Culture and Communications, the project also includes the redesign of the Coldbrook riverside park.
