Chevalier Morales is proud to announce that the 900 Saint Jacques Tower has received a Canadian Architect Award of Excellence. These prestigious awards are presented annually, honoring Canadian projects that stand out for architectural excellence, innovation in concept, material, and process, and a strong commitment to sustainability, social justice, reconciliation, equity, and inclusion.

900 Saint-Jacques envisions a model of contemporary living where collectivity becomes essential to housing, thanks to thoughtfully designed shared spaces that foster encounters, while expressing Montréal’s rich identity through a unique, energy-efficient mineral envelope adapted to both the climate and the city’s architectural heritage. Ideally located at a strategic junction, the project offers privileged access to public transit networks, the REM, and Central Station, while integrating a bicycle path at the base of the building, embodying a model of sustainable mobility that encourages the use of active and collective transportation.
